01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the entire relationship between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "Player") and kikariya (hereinafter "kikariya", "we", "us", or "the Platform") in connection with your use of the kikariya online casino and sports betting services accessible at kikariya.com and any related mobile interfaces or applications.

By creating a kikariya account, accessing any section of the kikariya website, placing any bet, making any deposit, or claiming any bonus, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their current version. kikariya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kikariya will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the kikariya platform following the notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kikariya Privacy Policy and the kikariya Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kikariya.

All services provided by kikariya are intended solely for entertainment purposes. kikariya operates under an international gaming licence and is committed to maintaining a platform that is safe, fair, and compliant with applicable international gaming standards. kikariya does not warrant that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kikariya platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the kikariya platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are not sure whether you have such capacity, you must not register.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the kikariya platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of kikariya, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order with kikariya or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the kikariya platform. Each account must be registered and used by the natural person to whom it belongs.

ki kariya employs robust KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm player eligibility. Upon registration and prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid, government-issued identification documents. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. kikariya reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that eligibility requirements are not being met.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to such an account will be returned in full, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited. kikariya cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of underage gambling incidents.

03 Account Registration and Obligations

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with kikariya. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different names — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with that individual and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering a kikariya account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. It is your ongoing obligation to keep this information current. kikariya is not responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kikariya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify kikariya's support team immediately at [email protected]. kikariya will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to use the kikariya platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose. You further agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is prohibited under Bangladeshi law or applicable international law.

• You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or any form of artificial intelligence to access or interact with the kikariya platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human interaction.
• You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or engage in any form of collusion with other players.
• You must not access the kikariya platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or geographical access controls.
• You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward kikariya staff or other platform users.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

kikariya accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. kikariya reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. Deposits are credited to your kikariya account balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed by kikariya within one to three business hours from the time the request is received, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits by the same account holder, in line with kikariya's anti-money-laundering obligations. kikariya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that have not been verified.

kikariya does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals processed through its platform. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or processing charges, which are entirely outside kikariya's control. kikariya accepts no responsibility for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

kikariya is obligated to conduct anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) checks on all accounts and transactions. kikariya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend withdrawal processing if it reasonably suspects that a transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kikariya will cooperate with the appropriate authorities and may be legally required to retain relevant account and transaction data.

• Deposits must only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• kikariya operates a "deposit before withdrawal" policy: you must have made at least one genuine deposit before requesting a withdrawal.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without prior notification to kikariya will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• kikariya reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

kikariya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that bonus only.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses awarded by kikariya are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and must not be used as part of a strategy designed primarily to extract guaranteed profit from the platform.
• kikariya reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any in-progress wagering requirements on already-credited bonuses are honoured.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games listed in the promotion terms, and for the duration stated therein.
• kikariya reserves the right to void any winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that the bonus was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Players who participate in any kikariya tournament, leaderboard event, or special promotion acknowledge that kikariya's decisions regarding the allocation of prizes, resolution of disputes, and interpretation of promotion rules are final and binding.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

kikariya is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the kikariya platform use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our licensed game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within the game information panel for each title. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in licensed studio environments, with results determined in real time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kikariya platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets specifically to exploit pricing discrepancies between kikariya's sportsbook and other operators for guaranteed profit, rather than for genuine speculative wagering.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of errors, malfunctions, or bugs in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings accrued as a result of an identifiable software malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with the kikariya platform in place of genuine manual human play.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider in bad faith in relation to kikariya transactions.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or providing falsified documents during KYC verification.

kikariya employs sophisticated fraud-detection systems and data analytics to identify prohibited conduct. If kikariya determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it may, at its sole discretion: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or confiscate the account balance; and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

You may request the closure of your kikariya account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, kikariya will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the wagering requirements of any active bonuses. Bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

kikariya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or similar legal instruction requiring account suspension.

If kikariya suspends an account as a result of a suspected breach of these Terms, the associated balance may be withheld pending the outcome of kikariya's investigation. kikariya will endeavour to complete such investigations within a reasonable period and will communicate the outcome to the account holder via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account balance will be released in full.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kikariya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kikariya platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if kikariya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The kikariya platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kikariya makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, kikariya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond kikariya's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption. kikariya will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability.

In the event of a disputed game result caused by a technical malfunction, kikariya's technical team will conduct an investigation using available server logs and game data. kikariya's determination following such an investigation shall be final. Where a malfunction is confirmed, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. No additional compensation will be payable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kikariya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
